Your tasks will include

• Supporting the processes in purchasing, e.g. by obtaining offers from suppliers
• Optimizing company processes in the area of quality management
• Posting business transactions and creating calculations
• Supporting order processing and posting transactions in our ERP system
• Carrying out market analyses and observing the competition
• Creating presentations and preparing customer meetings
• Support in marketing and development of our social media marketing

Your qualifications:

• Secondary school leaving certificate or ideally high school diploma
• Interest in economic contexts and commercial processes
• Sense for numbers and organizational skills
• Enjoy personal contact and team spirit
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Reliability and willingness to learn
